My colleagues call me “Mr. Smiley.” I’m the friendly computer nerd who is quick to laugh and answer your helpdesk request — yes, even on a Saturday morning. My world has always been the intersection between people and technology. Whether it is kids in a classroom, engineers in a downtown high rise, or sales reps on an international campus, I thrive in any role where I’m building relationships through the personalization of technical solutions.
